“Both Hugo and my other dog Roxy would go crazy if anyone knocked on the door and it was becoming chaotic, so imagine my relief at being given such good advice and tools as to how to deal with it and empower me to cope with it on my own. A few hours and I’m already seeing the benefits of his advice.“ – Catherine

Why We Don't "Block Book" Sessions?
Most trainers will ask you to block book 5-10 sessions upfront however, the majority of owners have only needed a single or double session when working with our dog behaviourists. We offer a “pay as you go” service to give the control back to the clients.
That’s not to say some problems don’t require multiple sessions but we allow you the freedom to choose, if or when, you feel you need more help.
One to one sessions also include a free helpline, for the entire life of your dog, so there is always support from a professional to discuss your training. The use of this has saved many owners needing further sessions!
(Multiple problems, or dogs, and dog aggression is more likely to need more than one session. Indoor training and relationship restructuring is almost always required before we can work outside as the dogs won’t respond if this part isn’t rectified first).
“We had Malcolm come to us today and found the experience absolutely incredible. The knowledge of not just “dogs” but breed specific and wolves has helped us understand the psychology behind our little mans behaviour as well as gave us some really useful tips and tools. He has an incredibly engaging way about him and a super calming attitude. Me and my boyfriend were both quite worried about walking Yotto (our 12 month old German Shepherd) and now feel empowered and confident. Not only that he never once shouted at Yotto or even raised his voice. Thank you so much.” – Rachel
This is especially useful for clients out of our home-visit catchment, or those who just need a little advice.
Our dog behaviourists in Kent pride themselves on refusal to use prong or E-collars and the innovative, positive-based techniques to treat all problems in dogs. ( And we are STILL able to get really fast results!) Our scientific- based methods follow the Pet Professional Guild of which we are a member.
Note: The deposit fee, to book in, is non-refundable if session is cancelled. It can only be transferred to a new booking if rescheduled at least 4 days before the session, for any reason, as it is difficult to fill spaces at short notice.
